Columbia, Missouri – Hospital officials announced here Thursday that they are trying to fill “hundreds” of open vaccine appointments this week.

Doses are provided by the University of Missouri Healthcare at their vaccination site: Walsworth Family Columns Club At the MU Football Stadium. Officials said the site allows for adequate distances and minimum waiting times.
Doses are available by appointment only. Those who need help making an appointment can call the COVID-19 Vaccine Call Center at (573) 771-2273. The call center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
“This opportunity is a result of successfully reducing the number of eligible unvaccinated individuals and increasing the supply of vaccine doses,” read a press release about the announcement.
