Seven university students were killed and four injured during a tragic accident in Bolivia when a railing collapsed, falling off a balcony on the fourth floor.
A brutal video of Tuesday’s accident showed a crowd of students from El Alto State University filling up on the balcony before spoiling the wall.
The tragedy occurred in the university’s financial sciences building, as students attempted to enter a lecture hall to attend a meeting.

Bolivian Police Commander-in-Chief Johnny Aguilera Montesinos said Wednesday that the woman seen in the struggle will be questioned as part of the investigation. I mentioned local outlets.
Montenus also attributed the death of the victims to “multiple traumas.”
“We regret the tragedy that occurred at the Public University of # Alto (UPEA), in which many people were killed and injured,” said Bolivian President Louis Ars. He wrote on Twitter.
“Our deepest condolences to the people of El Alto and their families. We await a quick clarification of the facts.”
